i have solve the problem thank you so much
by replacing
iTextSharp.text.Image img = iTextSharp.text.pdf.codec.TiffImage.GetTiffImage(rfa, 1);
by
iTextSharp.text.Image img = iTextSharp.text.Image.GetInstance(ImageData);

I download embDocumentInhalator and I added and deployed it in a solution in my farme. I installed a scanner Hp Scanjet N6010 in the server host my app.
My issue is when I clicked on Select a Scanner I got an error message : Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object can someone help me.
